Booking and Cancellation Policy

General information

Tantra del Sole is a specialist project of AnimAyurvedica®. This website provides information and promotes services; it does not sell services through its own checkout. Treatments and courses are booked through Reservio or by direct agreement with the practitioner.

Bookings

Treatments are available exclusively by appointment at the Milan and Treviso locations. Availability and confirmation follow the arrangements communicated to you. Any deposit and its amount are communicated before booking. Deposits paid are deducted from the total price.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Please normally give at least 24 hours’ notice. With timely notice, any deposit can be reused within six months of payment. Late cancellations or failure to attend may result in loss of the deposit, subject to the terms accepted, proportionality and applicable law. If the organisation cancels, a new date or a refund of the sums paid for the service not provided will be offered.

Punctuality

We recommend arriving five minutes early. Time lost due to a client’s late arrival cannot be guaranteed to be made up. Late arrival does not automatically reduce the price. The booked duration cannot be changed unilaterally on arrival.

Ethics of Tantra treatments

Practitioners remain fully clothed and treatments take place on a massage table. There is no reciprocal physical contact and no sexual services are provided. Consent, confidentiality and personal boundaries are respected. Consent may be withdrawn at any time. A treatment may be stopped in the event of inappropriate behaviour. No medical or psychotherapeutic effectiveness is claimed.

Courses

The programme, duration, price and arrangements are communicated before enrolment. Any specific cancellation terms are communicated before confirmation. Completing an application questionnaire does not guarantee admission and does not, by itself, create an obligation to pay. Cancellations by the organisation are handled through rescheduling or a refund.

Consumer protection

These terms do not restrict mandatory rights under applicable law, including any statutory right of withdrawal where provided by law.
